ABOUT US
Turn Key Asset Management began in 2018 with one property and an owner who trusted us to care for it. Today, we manage residential and commercial properties throughout Hampton Roads, bringing that same sense of responsibility to every property entrusted to our team.
Our work includes marketing rentals, coordinating showings, screening applicants, administering leases, collecting rent, and coordinating maintenance. We keep owners informed and handle the daily details while involving them in decisions that affect their property and investment.
Our approach comes down to three priorities: protect your property, maximize its potential, and simplify ownership. That means paying attention to property condition, addressing vacancies with urgency, and following through when something needs attention. We want owners to understand what is happening with their rental and feel confident in the team managing it.
